How to Buy

Shopping on altamag.ro is simple and safe. Follow the steps below to place an order — it takes a few minutes, and at the end you receive a confirmation by e-mail.

Step 1 — Find the product you want

Browse the categories in the main menu or use the search bar. You can filter products by price, condition (new, refurbished, resealed) and stock availability. Every product page shows the specifications, the applicable warranty and availability.

Step 2 — Add to cart

On the product page, select the desired quantity and press the "Add to cart" button. You can keep shopping or go straight to the cart with one click on the cart icon in the header.

Step 3 — Check your cart

On the Shopping cart page you can adjust quantities, remove products or apply a coupon code. You see the subtotal, the delivery cost (free over RON 500) and the final total — no hidden costs.

Step 4 — Fill in your details and choose the payment

At checkout you fill in your personal details (name, e-mail, phone), the delivery address and, if needed, the company billing details. Then you choose the payment method:

• Cash on delivery — you pay when the parcel arrives, in cash or by card;
• Bank transfer — you receive the payment details by e-mail; the order is reserved for 3 working days;
• Card — Visa, Mastercard or Apple Pay, secure payment via Stripe with 3-D Secure.

Step 5 — Order confirmation

After placing your order you receive a confirmation e-mail with the order number (format: ALT-YYYYMMDD-XXXX). The sales contract is concluded when you receive the shipping notification. You can check the order status any time under My Account → My orders or by entering the order number on the tracking page.

Step 6 — Delivery

Your order is processed within 1–2 working days (orders placed by 14:00 are processed the same day) and delivered by courier — Fan Courier or Sameday — anywhere in Romania, or you can pick it up in person from our store in Craiova, Aleea Arhitect Duiliu Marcu nr. 14. After your purchase

• Changed your mind? You have 14 days from receiving the parcel to return the product, no reason needed — see the Return Policy.
• Is there a problem with the product? New products have a 24-month warranty (refurbished: 12 months); with the fiscal invoice you can go directly to any authorised manufacturer service centre or to us — see Service & Warranty.
• The invoice arrives by e-mail and is always available in your account, under "My orders".
